A client that is 15 minutes late or more is automatically Canceled (as it runs into the next clients scheduled appointment).
-No Show clients will not be allowed to re-schedule unless the next appointment has been prepaid.
48 Hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
-Any Deposits that have been made are only refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Clients may exchange unused and unopened products within 7 days of purchase. No Refunds.
Children age 16 and under are not permitted in the suite unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-Each client is allowed One additional guest due to limited space.
I take pride in my work and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your experience is positive.
Payment is due at the time of service. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
-Cash is preferred but not required.
-All major credit cards and mobile Tap to Pay are accepted.
-Please note there is a 2.5% platform processing fee on all credit card transactions.
-Checks, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal are NOT accepted.
